Earth 519 RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This policy explains our return practices, defines your return options and describes how your return is filed. This policy covers the website at earth519.com (the “Earth 519 Website”). The All New Comics Website is owned and operated by Earth 519 Inc, a provincially incorporated entity under the laws of Ontario. Should you have shipping questions or concerns, send an email through our contact form.
1. Return Contact Info
If you have any issues about any items that are damaged, defective or missing, email us through our contact form so we can help you quickly. We require photos of any damage, both to show our shipper, and also to improve our own internal practices.
Requests submitted without photos will be returned with a request for photos of the damage. Requests without photos will not be processed.
2. Comic books and graphic novels
Due to the collectibility and nature of comic books, we cannot accept returns of comics. There are exceptions to this rule: If an order was mis-placed or you believe it is defective, please email us through our contact form and we’ll do our best to get it sorted it out with you.
Comic books and graphic novels are not guaranteed to be "Pristine Mint Condition", printer defects and some shelf wear are normal with comics and graphic novels. Highly discounted items can be expected to have some wear.
If condition is a primary reason you are buying comics, online purchasing in general and Earth 519 in particular may not be the store for you. You should find a physical location where you can closely inspect products.

3. Shipping Claim Info
Every shipped item is insured, so in the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, you will have to file a claim through our carrier to receive your return. It happens very rarely, but accidents happen. Unfortunately the quality of the delivery is out of our hands once your package leaves our offices. We will need to file a dispute with the carrier, we will also try to replace any items that were damaged. Please contact us so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
