Verifying your address and making sure that the details we have for your address are correct are the only way to ensure that you get your packages, and that we don't have to delay sending them out to wait for verification.
We cannot be responsible for improper addressing as we have to trust the information you enter, however there can be changes to postal codes or even street and town names that may have not been updated.
While we get alerts when addresses do not match up, these alerts add to delays in processing and could lead to your package ending up in the wrong place.
Checking, confirming, and ensuring your address is correct is a simple process.
Step 1: Click the head on Earth 519, or visit https://account.earth519.com/.

Step 2: Click your initials, and then select "Profile".

Step 3: Review this page, make sure only ACTIVE addresses are here, if you have a work and home address (because sometimes you ship to your work address), please verify both addresses. It's a good rule of thumb to delete any addresses you are not going to use.
To edit an address, click the little "pencil" icon.

Step 4: Verify your address. In a new browser tab, go to https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/ac/ and enter your address. Copy this EXACTLY as it is (ST and St. are different things to computers).

Step 5: Back in your account tab, enter your address exactly as it is in the Canada Post verifier. This will ensure you get the correct address. We've noticed a number of postal codes have changed recently, and this makes sure all of that is captured.
Step 6: Click Save.
OPTIONAL STEP: If this is an old or unused address, click Delete (7) to remove this address from your account.

That's it! Your address is up to date!
